Aromas of raspberries and violets, sour cherries and a bit of cola too. There's a crisp and clean redcurrant tartness on palate which is lip-smackingly delicious. This wine is a lean machine and takes a few swirls in the glass to open up, but its tart acidity makes it a great food wine.
