The nose opens with deeper red fruits — dark cherry, ripe raspberry and a touch of red plum. The palate follows through with dark cherry at the core, a little baking spice, and the subtle grip and lift that whole bunch brings. It’s still Pinot in a light, bright frame, just pushed into the riper end of the spectrum thanks to the season.
Aged 11 months in French barriques and crafted with a little whole bunch.
A balanced, quietly powerful Pinot that handles food well. Pair it with herb-crusted lamb, duck with a cherry glaze, or richer mushroom dishes.
